Dr. Arzelia Marie Sledge, DHA, MBA, is the Founder and Principal Healthcare Consultant of AMS Healthcare Solutions. With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, she partners with healthcare organizations to improve operations, strengthen compliance, develop leaders, and drive meaningful organizational change. She has led teams of 50–75 professionals and created process improvements that support stronger performance and accountability.
Drawing on executive leadership experience and a commitment to operational excellence, Dr. Sledge helps organizations streamline systems, strengthen cross-departmental collaboration, optimize performance, evaluate risk, and advance quality of care.
